The remix of ‘Life, Life’ featured on the ‘ASYNC – REMODELS’ album was performed by Andy Stott and does NOT contain Sylvian’s spoken word vocal.

Andrea Chimenti’s album ‘L’Albero Pazzo’ is now available on vinyl for the first time. Included is the track ‘Ti Ho Aspettato (I Have Waited For You)’, a duet with David Sylvian. Originally released in 1996, the album has been remastered and is presented with new artwork designed by Andrea Chimenti. It is available from the artist’s website.
Akiko Yano’s classic 1982 album, recorded in London with the group Japan and co-produced by Ryuichi Sakamoto was re-issued on vinyl and CD in 2021 on the Wewantsounds label. There’s a new introduction by Mac Demarco, an interview with Akiko Yano and Steve Jansen.The LP is presented in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with a 24-page colour booklet.
One of the concerts from the 1982 Yukihiro Takahashi Band tour was broadcast on Japanese radio and selected tracks from the broadcast were spread over two Yen box sets. Each box consists of 10 CDs plus a bonus discs. The bonus discs of the “Male” Yen Box II features the live track Cue. This track includes a contribution from David, who
Upon This Fleeting Dream is a new release by Twinkle³ featuring David Sylvian & Kazuko Hohki. Sylvian features on 7 of the 10 tracks reading short Japanese poems in English translation. Renditions of the poetry in the original Japanese are given by Kazuko Hohki.
‘A Tribute To Ryuichi Sakamoto – To The Moon And Back’ is a collection of songs celebrating the legendary composer on his 70th birthday. The album, to be released in December by Milan Records, includes ‘Grains (Sweet Paulownia Wood)’ (David Sylvian Remodel).
