A 16 page book. Very colourful pictures by Kevin Westenberg from the same sessions as the photo’s used in the artwork of the same-titled album.
A beautiful 36 page tourbook. Very colourful, with pictures by Kevin Westenberg and Darshan pictures by Jim Friedman. Design is by Vaughan Oliver and v23. Tour dates and places are listed as well as short biographies. A major place in the book is taken by the lyrics of the track The First Day.
