The album L'Albero Pazzo by Andrea Chimenti has been re-issued. This is finally the chance for people who desperately want the track Ti Ho Aspettato (I Have Waited For You) feauring David SYlvian on an offical CD. This reissue includes new artwork.
David will contribute on Takagi Masakatsu's new album COIEDA, coming out September 8, 2004. The track is called exit/delete.
The management of David Sylvian pointed out that David Sylvian is NOT performing with Christian in Italy. Due to artistic reasons, it is not possible play Venice live. The original announcement on Christian’s site has been removed too, but Christian is actually playing at the festival! Dates will be confirmed soon. Fennesz’s new album, “Venice”, featuring David Sylvian on Transit is out now!! David and Christian Fennesz have written a new composition for Christian’s forthcoming album, titled Transit. Also featured on the album is Burkhard Stangl.
David has recorded an alternate version of the track Messenger, which will probably appear as a bonus track on the Japanese issue of the Blonde Redhead album Misery is a butterfly and on the upcoming Blonde Redhead single Equus. Note that neither of these releases have been officially confirmed.
The previously unreleased remix of Late Night Shopping by tweaker (Chris Vrenna) is released on a split 7" single with Skool Daze, Alec Empire's reinterpretation of Chris Vrenna's score to American McGee's Alice.

Thanks to Clive I received the news of Sakamoto's upcoming album Chasm. It features a new version of World Citizen (looped piano version) and also includes the Ryoji Ikeda remix. The album is out on 25th Februari 2004.

VRENNA has tapped industrial/electronic guru MARTIN ATKINS to remix the song Linoleum off the debut Chris Vrenna TWEAKER album The Attraction To All Things Uncertain. The Linoleum single features guest vocals from DAVID SYLVIAN.

The Italian journalist Vittorio Pio made an interview with David last 26 June 2003. A small part of this interview was used on KataWeb website and a longer verion was published in the September issue of Il Mucchio Selvaggio (Italian music magazine).
